Alongside my team of nurse assistants, we visit the homes of elderly individuals to offer services including bathing, feeding, light housekeeping, and any necessary support to enable them to remain in their own homes rather than transitioning to a facility. In our work, we frequently encounter seniors facing challenges like hoarding, mold, or cat odor issues. Securing a reliable company to address these matters proved to be a significant challenge. Monica, Roger, and the cleaning crew were so professional, thorough, and kind. I appreciated that they were willing to follow the "small particle cleaning" protocol an environmental consultant had given me, and they followed the protocol to the letter. They completed the work efficiently and effectively, taking great care with our home. But more than that, they really seemed to care about our family and our specific cleaning needs for our family’s health concerns. I really hope not to need this type of cleaning again in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely call Bio One Bethesda again. What a great service experience!
