With a baby on the way, my husband and I were so overwhelmed with our apartment. We couldn't find space for everything and it felt like it was in constant disarray. Bio-One came in and overhauled the entire place, getting us ready and feeling good. They helped bring stuff to storage for us, helped us part ways with things we didn't need, and left us with a sparkling clean and much roomier apartment than when they first started. I am beyond grateful for my in-laws getting this service done as a ore-baby gift. I'm not sure what we would've done without them.

Monica, Roger, and the cleaning crew were so professional, thorough, and kind. I appreciated that they were willing to follow the "small particle cleaning" protocol an environmental consultant had given me, and they followed the protocol to the letter. They completed the work efficiently and effectively, taking great care with our home. But more than that, they really seemed to care about our family and our specific cleaning needs for our family’s health concerns. I really hope not to need this type of cleaning again in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely call Bio One Bethesda again. What a great service experience!

There is damage to my home which caused a hazardous matter & needed to be cleaned. I researched & located Bio One, and Monica was the friendly face I met @ my home. I hate not knowing names, but she was accompanied with a very nice gentleman. Monica was so kind, and their services great!!!! They were so professional, & just the interaction alone made me feel that everything will be okay. It is really the people who make the company. Kudos to both of you for a job well done.
