I had Bio-One do a massive cleanup after a water issue in my home. They did a masterful job. Cleaned and sanitized desired areas and got rid of years’ worth of clutter. Roger, Marco, Monica and Uduak (the company’s owner) were all very professional and helpful. They were EXPENSIVE! but flexible and thoroughly committed to client satisfaction. Uduak, the head of the company, is a registered nurse with deep understanding of the complexity of cleaning/organizing an individual who has been a multi-year hoarder & has other mental health issues as well. She worked with family members as well as with caregivers to develop a clean-up plan that included both short term & long term goals.
