Our family is deeply grateful for the skilled support of the Bio-One of Bethesda team. Uduak, the head of the company, is a registered nurse with deep understanding of the complexity of cleaning/organizing an individual who has been a multi-year hoarder & has other mental health issues as well. She worked with family members as well as with caregivers to develop a clean-up plan that included both short term & long term goals. She built rapport with our family member & engaged her in planning the clean-up so that the process was completed WITH HER rather than to her.
