I appreciated that they were willing to follow the "small particle cleaning" protocol an environmental consultant had given me, and they followed the protocol to the letter. With a baby on the way, my husband and I were so overwhelmed with our apartment. We couldn't find space for everything and it felt like it was in constant disarray. Bio-One came in and overhauled the entire place, getting us ready and feeling good.
