There is damage to my home which caused a hazardous matter & needed to be cleaned. I researched & located Bio One, and Monica was the friendly face I met @ my home. I hate not knowing names, but she was accompanied with a very nice gentleman. Monica was so kind, and their services great!!!! Monica, Roger, and the cleaning crew were so professional, thorough, and kind. I appreciated that they were willing to follow the "small particle cleaning" protocol an environmental consultant had given me, and they followed the protocol to the letter. They completed the work efficiently and effectively, taking great care with our home. But more than that, they really seemed to care about our family and our specific cleaning needs for our family’s health concerns. I really hope not to need this type of cleaning again in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely call Bio One Bethesda again. What a great service experience!
