I cannot say enough about the incredible team at Bio-One. After experiencing a deeply traumatic event in my home, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start. From the very first interaction with Uduak, her compassion, professionalism, and understanding stood out. Uduak and her team handled the situation with such care, treating my home—and my family—with the utmost respect. The cleaning was meticulous and thorough, restoring my home to a place where I could feel safe and comfortable again. Uduak and her team went above and beyond, not only addressing the physical aspects of the cleanup but also showing empathy that made all the difference during such a difficult time. I am forever grateful for Uduak and her team outstanding service and would recommend Bio-One to anyone in need of compassionate and high-quality cleanup. They truly are a blessing in the toughest of times.

I had Bio-One do a massive cleanup after a water issue in my home. They did a masterful job. Cleaned and sanitized desired areas and got rid of years’ worth of clutter. Roger, Marco, Monica and Uduak (the company’s owner) were all very professional and helpful. They were EXPENSIVE! but flexible and thoroughly committed to client satisfaction. I would not hesitate to hire Bio-One again for similar jobs if needed in the future.

Our family is deeply grateful for the skilled support of the Bio-One of Bethesda team. Uduak, the head of the company, is a registered nurse with deep understanding of the complexity of cleaning/organizing an individual who has been a multi-year hoarder & has other mental health issues as well. She worked with family members as well as with caregivers to develop a clean-up plan that included both short term & long term goals. She built rapport with our family member & engaged her in planning the clean-up so that the process was completed WITH HER rather than to her. Caregivers were enlisted as allies to help our family member resist hoarding in the future. In addition, Uduak & her team gathered & organized many years of paperwork that had accumulated in a car, enabling us to better understand & plan. Bio-One brought unique strengths to the clean-up process. Deep skills of empathy, planning & competence combined to yield positive results that we hope will be long-lasting.
