When tragedy, trauma, or an unexpected event turns your world upside down, cleanup is often the last thing on your mind. Yet someone has to handle it...
I have known the owner, Uduak for over 10years. Her character and work ethic speaks for itself. This is the same standard she applies to her business. She is compassionate, thoughtful, dedicated , and treats people with dignity. I would be confident to use her company Bio-one for any cleaning services.

With a baby on the way, my husband and I were so overwhelmed with our apartment. We couldn't find space for everything and it felt like it was in constant disarray. Bio-One came in and overhauled the entire place, getting us ready and feeling good. They helped bring stuff to storage for us, helped us part ways with things we didn't need, and left us with a sparkling clean and much roomier apartment than when they first started. I am beyond grateful for my in-laws getting this service done as a ore-baby gift. I'm not sure what we would've done without them.

I don't think anyone ever thinks about needing biohazard cleanup until you do, and then it's a strange thing to have to navigate and usually not during a great time. The team at BioOne of Bethesda was incredible - during a stressful time, they were compassionate, professional, and it is obvious they genuinely care about the work they do. I was so blown away by the outcome - a situation I thought may be unfixable is now not only habitable but actually thoroughly clean, and has been restored to its original condition. Again, the people who operate and work with the company are genuinely kind and really care which in a time of distress really helps to make the process seem manageable. - Additionally, they came out in one day to give a quote and returned the very next day to clean - again very much lessening the stress. No offense ... but I hope i dont need the service again - but if I ever do I will absolutely call them and suggest others do as well.

They did a great job on my basement cleanup! They were very knowledgeable on what to do and were a pleasure to work with.

"Uduak is a wonderful person, she is so compassionate, she makes certain that everything is perfect. She makes sure that her clients are happy. She pays attention to every little detail. I will always use BioOne. Thank you for all that you have done."

Our family is deeply grateful for the skilled support of the Bio-One of Bethesda team. Uduak, the head of the company, is a registered nurse with deep understanding of the complexity of cleaning/organizing an individual who has been a multi-year hoarder & has other mental health issues as well. She worked with family members as well as with caregivers to develop a clean-up plan that included both short term & long term goals. She built rapport with our family member & engaged her in planning the clean-up so that the process was completed WITH HER rather than to her. Caregivers were enlisted as allies to help our family member resist hoarding in the future. In addition, Uduak & her team gathered & organized many years of paperwork that had accumulated in a car, enabling us to better understand & plan. Bio-One brought unique strengths to the clean-up process. Deep skills of empathy, planning & competence combined to yield positive results that we hope will be long-lasting.

The crew took all of our concerns to heart. When the unexpected arose, they solved it willingly and creatively. We were in good hands from beginning to end. Very grateful and satisfied.
